I cannot open the tailgate of my car with the key or by using the central locking. I have been able to get into the boot and remove the plastic cover on the tailgate and open the glass part of the boot but not the whole tailgate. There is no release lever either. I have tried pulling and pushing the metal bars connecting the mechanisum but it still wont budge. Is there any other way this can be opened or does it sound like I need a new lock. I have sprayed WD-40 in the lock and all over the mechanisum in the hope that it cleans what needs to be cleaned to free it. This has happened before in the winter time but I thought this was down to a frozen lock.There doesnt seem to be anything wrong with the mechanisum, ie muck etc in the lock or bocking the opening mechanisum. Please Help....AAARRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!
