Reverse lights on Hyundai Tucson?

any ideas on why the reversing lights are constantly on while engine running, all other lights are fine. thanks for any help.
can take it to garage in the week but it would be better if can solve/fix myself

likely to be a faulty reverse light switch. Would be inclined to check that before parting with your cash.
