96 hyundai excel GX Check engine?

I have a huandai excel and it runs fine regularly serviced but someimes the check engine light wil flash and it will sort of cut out like its staled but then starts back up again in a second its starting to happen more regularly. can anyone help
my petrol cap is on tight

the problem will get worse,it can be the car angle sensor or the oil pressure switch,
i had both replaced.
