2006 Kia Optima - Airbag Light Will Not Turn Off?

I'd recently purchased a 2006 Kia Optima from auction in July. When I'd gotten it the airbag light was on, so I took it to Kia and they fixed it: turns out there was "tension" under the passenger seat. Since getting it fix in July, the light has come on periodically, usually turning off withing two or three days. (I'd noticed it would turn on or off more often when there had been someone in the passenger seat prior.)

Now, it turned on (for no reason) about a week ago, give or take, and has not gone off since. Is there a need to take it in to Kia again or is it something I can fix on my own?

check under the seat if you can find the wire see if the the plug is loose or unplugged if not take it to kia.
