gas sounds like it will almost start? almost starts it turns it wants to go but it wont go.. took of gaz line and its spirting out good and strong, help

has nothing to with the petrol !
the problem can be with any interlocks around the motor.
crankshaft position sensor....pressure switches....electrical relayes....
