We took it to have a diagnostic done to 2 places and both times it comes up the Throttle sensor. Went to dealer to buy one, put it on and alas it's still not downshifting. Check engine light is still on too. Currently unemployed but need it fixed. Where do I go now? Kia dealer wants me to pay $50 for another diognostic and they charge up the ying for everything! HELP!!!!!!
