hyundai sonata rear windows goes up, but not down?

I have a 1999 hyundai sonata, from the driver side window control panel I can lower the rear passenger window but not raise it. All the other windows work from the driver control panel. I can also raise/lower the rear passenger window from the switch in the rear door. Any ideas?
