Hi, what does this mean on this vehicle, is it something i can do myself?

Yes, there's a bit of water in the diesel filter. It should tell you how to empty it in the handbook, but basically, if you find the diesel filter under the bonnet (like a big oil filter with a black button on the top), then loosen the little plastic drain tap on the bottom & run off some liquid before tightening back up.
