Ironically, the door handles, armrests and window cranks must be removed to get the door panel off on most cars. So look at them carefully from the underside to find screws that hold them on. Before you start, roll down the window all the way. Once you get the armrest, crank, and handles all off, grab the bottom of the panel in one corner and pull on it. There are little clips that hold it to the door frame. Just pull and they will let go. They might break, but that is how it goes. If you want, you can replace them with ones from any parts store, but as long as half of them are still okay, you're fine. Once you get all the clips off, then pull the bottom of the panel outward to about 45°, then lift up on the panel and wiggle it. It should come off. Work on your speakers, and then put it all back together. The clips just pop into holes, so just put the panel on the door at an angle with the bottom sticking out, get the hooks at the top to seat in the window groove, and then lower the panel, bang on it around the edges to seat the clips, and install the new rests and window cranks.
