99 hyundai elantra humming noise?

I recently had my alternator and battery replaces in my car. Since then I have notices a loud humming noise when I'm driving. It sounds like it's coming from the tires, but I can't be sure. It gets louder when I go faster and stops completely for the 1 second whenever I hit a bump. The tires have plenty of air and are fairly new. Not sure what this could be. Any thoughts?

When you are driving when the noise is loud, try to sway the car from left to right farly hard to see if the noise changes. If it does it is a bad wheel bearing. When the noise gets lower/more quite with the weight on that side it is on the side, like you swerve left & it gets lower/quite, it is on the right side Etc. Good Luck.
