how do i get the window handle off my kia spectra?

I've got everything else off andcant figure out where the window handle is attached

There's a small horseshoe looking clip that has to come off it sits behind the crank handle there's actually a notch in the plastic of the crank where it sits. There is a tool for this that works great but a small screwdriver or a hook style dental pick will get it off.
