Buy a 2003 111K Hyundai Elantra or 1997 120K Nissan Altima?

I was having trouble deciding between these two. The Altima despite being old is well maintained, very little rust, new battery and tires. The Elantra has no problems with it and rides well. Both cars are being offered at the same price.

I would go with the newer, lower mileage car as well. I trust any Hyundai from the 2000's and Nissan.
