I Got a Kia Sportage V6-SUV...How can I Speed It Up?

More expensive would be Turbocharging and Supercharging

But slapping on a CAI and an exhaust really isn't going to make any huge gains. Headers will provide a good bit, the best gains come from forced induction.
Definitely get a CAI and catback exhaust system though, they're easy mods

The Kia Sportage is pretty slow anyways, but I hope that helps.
