How do you fix a break light on a 2005 Kia Rio

Nobody can figure out how to get the bulb out without breaking it and when I called the dealer they told me it would be $20 - $30 and I think that's a bit much to spend on something that can be done myself.
I already did a google search and didn't come up with much. Also, it sounds like it would be a simple job but seriously nobody can figure out how to get the bulb out without breaking it.

With that simple of a car you should be able to reach into the trunk, pull forward the carpeting, and replace the bulb. It should twist out and then in.
