Which car is better, a Pontiac Sunfire, or a Kia Spectra?

Neither. Both are less than average in reliability & have very poor resale. Spend a little more & get a Honda Civic. It has a lower cost of ownership ratio & will last much longer if you find a decent one.

This is a "lesser of two evils" thing, huh? Geez, they're both crappy cars. Go for the one with the least mileage.

They are both terrible cars. Terrible to look at. Terrible to maintain. Just get a toyota or honda. They will be decent when it comes to reliability. Plus you should be able to find one for around the same price as the sunfire or kia.
