How reliable is a 04 Kia Spectra LE? ?

I'm looking to buy one... and am curious as to reliability!!!

my friend had that car. I have to say that it was ok. When u talk about reliability, u have to say it in relative to other cars. hyundai is the same company as kia, and so u have some idea. it maybe slightly less reliable than toyotas and hondas. i think it is just as good when u compare it to mitsibishi or other american made counterparts.

They are good cars.
The 90's Kia's and Hyundai's were trash. Those older ones gave Kia and Hyundai a bad reputation. But they improved a lot from 2000-2003.

My friend has an 04 Spectra and he never had any problems with it. He had his for 2 years now.

I have driven them and sold them at work. They are good cars.
