temps there is a new battery in it. ? it will turn over but won't start I put a new battery, alternator, and spark plugs in the vehicle last winter. There is over a quarter tank of premium fuel on the car and I have put octane boost in the tank as well, the car starts fine on warm days or if it sits in a garage over night but if its out side on cold days it just turns over. what might be the problem and how much do you think it will cost.

There is only one battery from Hyundai for your vehicle, and it is rated at 700 cold cranking amps (cca). If that doesn't cut it, Interstate Batteries is the only other company (that I know of) that manufactures a comparable one for Hyundais. There is a special lip on the bottom. Perhaps you need one with a higher cca rating.

Be sure your coolant is 50/50. Excessive water will freeze and make it difficult to turn over.

Make sure your oil isn't sludge. If it's a problem, have your mechanic perform an engine flush.

If there isn't a concern about dirty oil, then perhaps you need an engine block heater. Hyundai sells them.
