Alright, so here is what happend:
April 20th, I get my new Kia Soul lease.
August - I drove about 2,800 miles. I get an oil change at an AUTHORIZED KIA dealer before heading out to Los Angeles the next day. Also, the dealer checks for tire pressure and air and tire rotation.
On my trip to Los Angeles, I notice the LOW TIRE PRESSURE light turning on when I was near the Grapevine, why would that turn on when I just got it fixed? The car didn't have a flat or anything ran over.
Then on the way back, I have had the ESC light turn on and stay on, and the manual says this and I quote, "If this indicator illuminates and stays on, the ESC may have malfunctioned *could this threaten my safety?*."
And 2 weeks ago, I had the Low Tire Pressure turn on once again and the ESC light was on as well.
I called the KIA number and they are so ignorant, she told me she has no clue and she is telling me the same stuff as the book. And she told me that if I take my car into the dealer, and they see its just the car mis-reading the sensor, then I would STILL have to pay for a diagnostics test.
What can I do?! Is my car a lemon?! And who do I talk to about a lemon?! THANKS!
