Is a 2001 Hyundai Accent GS a good car?

I'm looking to get my first car. I found a 2001 Hyundai Accent GS that i fell in love with. It is super cute, silver, and CHEAP. I really want it but i heard it wasn't that good of a car? Does anyone know if it is or not?
