Kia Soul (Sport, Soul, +, !)?

I'm looking to buying a kia soul, but I want to know the differences between Kia Soul, Sport, +, and !

Do they all have ipod jacks? Is the mileage all the same?

I looked on the Kia Soul website but it was a little confusing. If anyone can explain the differences to me that would be great.
