kia sportage or hyundi santa fe, which is better?

can't decide which of thses cars to get, like both, need some owner feed back from anyone who has one. mpg, comfort, i drive around 100 miles a day so need to be comfy, and feel safe in winter. also may need to tow horse trailer now and then, and i need space for 2 kids, and two big dogs.
on closer look the hyundi dimensions are bigger all round. i also like the sorento, would love a proper 4x4 ,but land rover are way out of my price range,
think i may go investigate the hyundi, test drive etc, already driven sportage, very nice, comfy, plenty of space, but there seemed to be something about the steering that i wasn't sure about. maybe just need to drive it further and without a dealer watching my every move. very off putting.

Hotrod has no idea what he is talking about. Hyndai bought Kia because it was going bankrupt and it wanted to attract customers who where looking for low cost vehicles. KIA is sh!t unreliable ugly and i wouldnt drive one if my life depended on it. Hyundai is different Hyundai is a reliable well built car it lacks the looks like other companys but is a MUCH better choice.
