Does a Silver 2001 Hyundai Elantra make a good Surveillance Vehicle?

I am only interested in those who conduct field surveillance (i.e. workers comp claims, domestic cases etc...) those who have actually worked in the field or are experts in the field (I have minimum experience and am looking to get back in).
I have seven months experience...I'm just trying to get a feel for potential employers so please refrain from assumptions

It depends on WHERE surveillance is being conducted. If it would be the ONLY Hyundai in the area, it would be a TERRIBLE surveillance vehicle. If there are Hyundais all over the area, it would be great. The PRIMARY factor is that the vehicle be something no one will give a second glance. If you have to ask this question, you have ZERO experience.
