2005 KIA sportage over 147000km?

A dealer showed me a 2005 KIA Sportage with is over 147 000 KM for about $10000.
The car is very clean and nice with leather and everything. But isn't a car with 147000KM a lot or KM doesn't show how good or bad the car is?

dont go by mileage go by shape you cant look at mileage and know what shape can find a low mileage car thats been drove at drag strip and be junk with 2000 miles
