...blink on and off when running? Driving at night, the cars ahead of me think I am flashing my lights at them but the switch is on and not being touched. Headlights are new and no lose connection at that junction. The dash lights and radio will sometimes blink as well and the A/C display will change from F to C. Then I reset the display. There must be a lose ground or bad connection somewhere but can a scanner detect this intermittent fault because I don't want to pay a mechanic to spend hours searching the problem. Thank you for any assistance.
I just had it at a Hyundai dealer and they replaced the TPS and said that it was the fault causing the dimming. Haven't tried it at night to verify if it is solved yet but will post results. They told me the alternator was working 100% charging to 13.92 volts under full load.

I had a test drive of a Tuscon diesel auto 4x4 the other night,I felt it was sluggish and the diesel was noisy,is that normal or just not a good one,it put me off it?
