I've had this problem with my '06 Elantra for the past couple of years, and each time I took it to the dealer they said they couldn't figure out what it was. So this week which was the 3rd time i brought it in, they had a water doctor they had hired who said the leak was in the a-pillar by the windshield and they fixed it. But I still have problems when the a/c is turned on; condensation builds up and soaks the carpet too. One of the service workers tried to tell me this is normal but I know that is ridiculous. I'm gonna have to file a lemon law claim if they can't fix it this time because this is the last year of my warranty since I bought it used.
