timing belt - kia sedona 2005 replaced?

I just had the timing belt replaced the other day on my kia sedona 2005 (Wednesday this week). I just noticed my wiper fluid does not come out. Is it possible they forgot to hook the pump back up (not sure if they would have to dissconect) Yes, there is fluid in the container.
