i have a 2003 hyundai tiburon and the dash clock and radio do not work any

suggestions? neither one even turn on. It makes me think that it could be a fuse? if so anyone know where they are located? ANy other ideas? The radio display and clock display have no numbers on either screen. Everything else works fine.
