When does the kia soul'ster come out? It's so cool!?

Its a cheap car with a great warranty is cool and has some practicallity :) I know its not packed with power but I cruise anyways :) It was in the 2009 Detroit Auto Show, but I havn't heard any details on when it will or if it will be put into production.

I want one now :(
