sorry to dwindle on...but, i know my tracking has got a lot worse recently but would this make my power steering play up?, i've checked the u bolt knuckle thing on the steering column but that seems to move freely, my fluid level is spot on but the problem of stiff steering still persists, i'm thinking power steering pump but there is no leaks or whining so am i right in thinking it's the bad tracking set up?
