Hyundai Tiburon throttle sticks Momentarily?

Its a 5 speed 4 Cylinder. when you let off the gas and press the clutch the throttle stays but the pedal returns, then comes back after 2-3 seconds. i;m thinking is needs a spring or something to help it return
It also does it at Idle when you give it some gas.

Sounds like a spring or a bent rod possibly. Have a local body shop look at it. They usually can fix anything and dont charge alot.
