Hyundai Azera drivers seat?

My 07 Hyundai Azera is very uncomfortable. Is it possible to switch seats with a seat from another car? I know the 05 Lexus 330 is comfortable. Can I switch seats?

It is a luxury car. How can it not be comfortable?

Anyways, if you switch seats, you will lose the power or heated seats feature.
And you would have to find someone to make custom seat hinges to bolt it down to the body of the car.
