My tail light is out, but brake light works in 2004 Hyundai Accent?

The same bulb is for the tail and brake lights. When I apply the brake, the light goes on. But the tail light remains out. I assume it's a wiring issue. What color is the wire that is for the tail light? Could it be something else?
