If you or anyone you know have a kia optima that is getting locked in or out of there car PLEASE call this number 888-327-4236 and tell them you want to make a complaint and they are going to try and get a recall. If Kia will not recall they are going to be taking to court as soon as they have enough complaints. You need to have your VIN number available when calling. They have around 30 complaints now, but i am sure noone knows how to do it. PLEASE call today im tired of being locked in and out
