then realyzed when it was too lat that he cant pay for it because of the price of insurance so we tried to surrender the vehicle the car lot said they wont and cant take it back because it is in his name
he is trying to file for bankruptcy and was told by his lawyer to surrender the vehicle to the car lot we tired to talk to the general manager and he wouldnt help us out
is there anyway we can get rid of this car
