How do I open the inner petrol cap on a Kia Rio?

I am desperately hoping that somebody here can help me! I have been given a 2010 Kia Rio as a courtesy car whilst my Renault is being repaired. They have given it to me with no petrol in it and I have to fill it up to attend a hospital appt in the morning. However, I cannot get the inner petrol cap open! I use the lever on the floor by the driver's seat to open the outer flap, but don't know how to open the inner cap! Currently I can't take the car anywhere with no petrol!
