Text Scrolling on radio not working

[Hyundai11]

I have a 2011 Tucson and the radio isn't scrolling artist or song on either FM or XM. There is a setting under setup to turn it off or on. It's set to On.

Any owners out there with the standard XM radio have text scrolling working? I googled as well as searched this forum and came up empty-handed.
