2006 Kia Optima instrument panel lights flash with left blinker?

and come on when I hit the brake when the lights are off and on "auto".........at the same time some of the lights on the stereo panel come on. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
Hmmmm, burned out bulb.....I'll check it out.
