my kia rio is bogging out and dieing?

I just got a 2004 Kia Rio and i have done a Oil change' Coolant change' plugs and wires' and hid kit. It has started to bog out and die as i am down shifting or if i am sitting idle at a stop light. It just started to do it like a day or so ago. I thought it might be a dirty Fuel filter or a low battery, but when i went to the auto store and had them check it all came out ok??? what do you think??

What is a hid kit? How did the auto store check your fuel filter? You might look for some sort of a vacuum leak at the engine. A vacuum leak can cause it to not idle properly or even die.You may want to consider having a qualified mechanic take a look at it for you.
