occasionally when i turn my car on the instrument panel will go haywire. the light on the insrument panel will not light up at night and the gas gauge will not show the right amount of gas in my car and the left turn signal on panel will light up. this problem comes and goes. it is usually cold sensitive. sometimes if i turn the lights on and off quickly the problem will go away. any suggestions on what it my be?
