i just got a 2003 hyundai tiburon and the passenger airbag and the driver airbags are blown.i have looked for airbags but cant find any for nder $500. i was woundering if i could just not put the airbags in but how would i fix the dash and the stearing weel is there somthing to buy to fix it or is it possible to but a new dash were the airbags are
