...reimburse me? I was driving by a baseball game and out of nowhere i was hit by a 12 year old boys baseball. The ball hit the rear windshield and it shattered everywhere in the car, even hitting me. Will kia reimburse me to replace the windshield since that isn't supposed to happen with modern cars. It is a brand new Forte Koup. Thanks

No. You only get reimbursed if the baseball is less than 10 years old.

Partly true. Unless you´re covered by KIA , then they may pay it. If you´re fully covered ,then of course the insurance company will pay it .

That is supposed to happen with modern cars. All glass in modern cars except the front windshield is supposed to do that. And, no, Kia will not reimburse you.
