With still keeping the warranty and for not a TON of money! Preferably speeds below 100mph. So 0-60 times and 45-65 times. Acceleration performance.

you obviously don't know much about cars, so let me break it down for you.

your top speed is electronically limited by the speed governor in your ECU, it probably kicks in around 110-118 depending on your stock tire rating. unless you reprogram it, absolutely nothing you can do will change the top speed of your car anyway.

now when you say acceleration performance, you really don't know what you're getting yourself into here. sorry to say this, but you bought the wrong car if you want to go fast. the Forte is basically a Civic Si/Scion TC wannabe with not much power, heavy curb weight, and shitty handling. it's also Kia's first(and fairly recent) attempt at building a small, sporty car, which means that very few companies are making performance parts for it. you can probably find a cold air intake, but it's going to cost you about $200 and only give you an extra 5hp tops(which you won't even notice).

tuning a car costs money, it's that simple. there's no such thing as cheap performance. even if you drop over $1000 in that car on bolt-ons(excluding turbo kits), you'd probably only gain about 20-30hp considering your base power reading, the size of the engine, and the fact that Kia doesn't make good sportscars. sorry to say this, but you're pretty much screwed.

don't listen to muff cabbage he's obviously mad because he has a small dick and also doesnt know much about cars. The best reasonably priced modifications for the new forte can be found on turbokits.com i would recommend the cold air intake, the high flow catalytic converter, and the cat back exhaust system to bring it up to about 200 horsepower in a car that is relatively light. these mods are neither extremely expensive, or strenuous on your engine. and i doubt they violate the warranty. one thing you'll need is a manual transmission. Automatics will not change depending on intake, and im not sure how they would handle an exhaust switch.
