My air conditioner is acting up. It starts out fine, but then after few minutes the blowing slows way down to almost nothing. I turn it up all the way and it will start blowing strong again, but after about a minute it will start slowing down again. The air stays cold. So, what does this mean? Is the fan going out or the compressor or something else? Thanks for any help.
