I am buying a 98 Kia Sephia LS from a freind of mine for very very cheap. the car runs fine, transmission is fine i drove in it 2 weeks ago, and it has been parked since. we get into the car today to move it and it will not shift out of park. we can hear the break lock from the pedal engaging but it will not budge. any ideas? i know the transmission isent busted for a fact, but i canot find any solid information online. please help
