2007 Kia Optima vs. 2006 Hyundai Sonata?

I like the interior of the Kia more, but which would be a good car for a 17-year old girl. Which has better mpg, reliability, and safety?

Hyundai has better mpg, reliability. Safety? i dont know. but i think Optima dominates in safety. anyway, th Hyundai iz better.

Kia and Hyundai are the same thing, made by the same people and same motors. I would go for the Kia because it is a yr. newer and also because u like the interior in it more. They are both korean made so whatever u get it's the same thing with a different look.
