Ok, ill try to keep this as brief as possible.I am a certified master technician for 27 yrs now. I have worked for all gm makes and am now a lexus tech. (brought on by the death of gm as we know it. My wife has an 03 kia sorento. I would like to have advice from an experieced kia tech and not a backyard wrench.. First i would like to know if there are any issues with heads or head gaskets. I have a coolant loss problem. Next,I have a hising vacuum leak noise coming from the front of the engine. I havent located the exact point of the leak. I would need to do some disassembly to find it and then could not run the engine to confirm the concern. The last problem is a number of electrical problems. It started out with the overhead display going blank and never coming back. Next, the radio display intermittently goes blank at which point the buttons on the radio are all inop but the steering wheel controls continue to work. Then, last week the interior lights startwed coming on everytime the headlights are turned on. I would much appreciate help on any of these matters.
