Where could I get a factory tail light lens for a '07 kia sorento?

I agree, the factory tail light lens, even on authorized dealers are expensive, they cost twice.

My Aunt, who had to rebuilt her right taillight used OEM for the lenses, switch but factory parts for the assembly itself.

You should ask the local Hyundai service for your area to get a better quotation. I'm sure they have lighting parts for them.
