recalled but fixed. should i buy it? help? 2003 HYUNDAI SONATA

$5400 WITH A $500 POWERTRAIN WARRANTY OF 3 YEARS OR 9,600 MILES
problem is . there has been a recall on it
1. subframe corrosion from road salt
2. peeling of the door handle chrome
the dealership sent it to a HYUNDAI dealership to get it checked out and fixed. do you think it would be safe to buy this car even though there are recalls on it?
please tell me all you can on this subject please. and thank you so much
