I have a 2001 kia spectra. this morning I was driving when I came to a stoplight and the engin started to drop in RPM and then died. I had to have it towed home. When home i removed the top part of the timing belt cover. Then tried to turn the car over. The starter turns over fast the outer belts move, but the timing belt does not turn. timing belt does not look like its broken. What should I check next? does not look
